Teaching Positions


Early Childhood Long Term Substitute Teacher position May 1, 2023 through May 25, 2023. Proper Minnesota licensure is required.

Secondary Science Teacher position starting Fall of 2023. Proper Minnesota licensure in Physical Science/Physics and Earth Science is required.

Secondary Special Ed./SLD Teacher position starting Fall of 2023. Proper Minnesota licensure in SLD is required.

Secondary CTE Business Teacher position starting Fall of 2023. Proper Minnesota licensure is required. Possible courses include but are not limited to HS Accounting, Marketing, Personal Finance, Computer Graphics and Web Design, in addition to Jr. High Computers.

Substitute Teachers, Substitute teaching opportunities are available at Bagley Public Schools. Candidates should send a copy of your teaching license and resume as well as pass a background check.

Paraeducator, openings in the Elementary and High School. Candidates must be highly qualified, which includes either 2 or more years of college, an AA Degree, or the ability to pass the Para Pro Exam. 

Substitute Paras, opportunities are available at Bagley Public School. Candidates must be highly qualified, which includes either 2 or more years of college, an AA Degree, or the ability to pass the Para Pro Exam.

Native American Home School Liaison Positions - Full-time positions open for 2022-2023 AND 2023-2024 school year in both the High School and Elementary. Candidates must be highly qualified, which includes either two or more years of college, an AA Degree, or the ability to pass the ParaPro Exam.

Food Service Support Staff, a high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required. Currently accepting applications for a Food Service Support Staff at the High School and Elementary. This position is a 3-hour position.

Employment Application

Full-Time Route Bus Drivers and Substitute Bus Drivers, must have or be able to obtain a school bus driver's license endorsement. The District is willing to help applicants obtain their school bus endorsement. New drivers will receive a $200 stipend after six months of driving to help defray the cost of certification.
